The earliest pick up time for Susanville, CA is 8:00 AM
The earliest pick up time for Alturas, CA is 8:30 AM
The earliest pick up time for Quincy is 9:00 AM.

When calling for your Doctor appointments please be sure to request
an appropriate time.
The earliest delivery of a Susanville patient to Stanford or SF with a 6.5 - 7 hour transportation time is 1:00 PM
The earliest delivery of a Susanville patient to Sacto with a 4.5 hour transportation time is 11:30 AM
The earliest delivery of an Alturas patient to Redding should be 11:00 AM
Patients should advise surgical staff that they are transporting from
Lassen, Plumas or Modoc County up to 2.5 hours away.
They will work with you but you must communicate with them.
We will no longer run in the dark in the morning and return times must be very close to sunset.
DO NOT ADD TIME TO YOUR APPOINTMENTS WHEN CALLING PHC
Always give your actual appointment time.
We will add the time needed to get you to your appointment on time
If you add time to your appointment you may be sitting at your doctors office much to early.
When our drivers arrive at the facility you must go into the facility even if you are early.
Our drivers have other work to do, such as going thru the car wash, taking their break, and eating their meals.
Your caregivers must be with you at all times.
The State of CA does NOT allow friends or others to transport with you.
Only a spouse may transport in the vehicle with the patient or
an assigned Caregiver; however, this service is Ambulatory only so no attendants should be needed
unless a patient is in Chemo Therapy or other therapies where the patient may need more assistance and support.
We assist patients in getting in and out of the vehicle.
We assist patients with walkers, wheelchairs and oxygen tanks.
Our drivers are trained to assist patients in getting in and out of the vehicle
and WILL always assist a patient into the facility or will get a wheel chair for the patient.
We will always assist patients in a professional and proper manner.
